What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the main seller therefore you must contact and/or consult the main sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are normally made back to the initial card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However some resellers can have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please make reference to an original sellers refund policy.

Alternative Seller Returns Policies

Most sellers supply a returns policy similar to our own, some seller returns policies could differ. Each seller's return guarantee is available on the vendor's web site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by the seller are borne via the buyer.

Items worth over need to be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. Should the order is valued at 0 or more, insure the shipment for the price of the item and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: Should a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may possibly not be eligible for a refund.

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you must return a large or bulky item that has been delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you throughout the returns process and will request you to contact our specialized customer service team, which can schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. To ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

Once you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to your address along with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Make sure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that within the returned package. Should the original packaging still is available, return the item in this packaging. To help avoid complications with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.
